fixtures, painting,etc.);

7) No smoking allowed, no cultivation of cannabis plants;

8) No pets allowed;

9) In the event that a key or fob is lost, the tenant shall
cover the costs to change the locks and replace the fob;

10) The tenant undertakes to respect the co-ownership's
by-laws and shall be responsible for paying any fines
charged to the owner during the lease;
